eventSPACE started in 2020, in the middle of a pandemic. Conferences had stopped. The industry was scrambling to move online. And a lot of what was out there felt like a glorified Teams call... that is where we came in.
Our Founder, Mike, had spent over a decade in event production so he knew what a good conference was supposed to feel like.
He started eventSPACE to bring that same standard to virtual. Proper production. Real engagement; more than just a webcam and a shared screen.
How did eventSPACE grow?
When the world opened back up, we went with it. Virtual became hybrid. Hybrid became full-scale congresses and live production. The team grew from four people and a handful of freelancers to a company of over 15, with a deep bench of trusted freelancers and partners alongside us.
We've been pharma from day one. It's a sector where the stakes are high, the compliance requirements are real, and there's no room for surprises.

Where are you based?
We work globally but our office is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We have a studio just North of central Copenhagen which is where we can broadcast, produce and record any video content. It’s also home to our wonderful podcast studio.
